About

I grew up in a small town in southern Ontario, Canada. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. Playing competitive field hockey, track & field, and gymnastics. Going into adulthood I pivoted to long distance running and body conditioning through strength training. I have always been passionate about encouraging others to find joy in moving their bodies and have hosted many live workouts to do from your home with zero equipment during covid lockdowns.

After having my daughter in 2023 I felt like there wasn’t a core place to get postpartum information on how to move and heal our bodies post-birth. I have designed programs that will encourage you to stay consistent while also bonding with your baby.
