Follow along with Sam as she takes you through this 8 week postpartum strength program to reconnect to your body while building muscle. This follow-along video program includes workout videos where Sam safely guides you through each warmup and workout.

Ideal for postpartum moms to begin at 6 weeks (vaginal delivery) or 10 weeks (cesarean delivery) postpartum.
